John Belli joined the board of GrayMeta in May 2019, and advises on finance, operations, merger and acquisitions and talent management.
John spent 39 years with Ernst & Young in various roles including coordinating partner on audit and non-audit clients, National leader of assurance learning, West Region Industry leader, West Region Assurance Markets leader, and a business unit leader. He served as Managing Partner of both the San Diego and Orange County, California offices from 2000 - 2016.
John also served on the firm’s Global and Americas Partner Advisory Councils (EY Board), including a two-year term as Chairman.
Matt Stamborski is an entrepreneur, investor and developer.
He founded the “Outlook” family of companies including Outlook Investment Group, Outlook Development Group, and Outlook Management Group.
Matt via Outlook has built up a vertically integrated and fully diversified portfolio of commercial real estate valued at over $500M. Outlook is also a very active Private Equity and Venture Capital investor with its current holdings in over 40 active Operating Companies.
Matt has been an early investor in companies such as JUUL Labs, Pax Labs, Industrious Office, Grab, Ouster, and many more.
Jon Ohrn is the founder of PharmaShares Advisors, LLC and joins GrayMeta as a director after four years with SVBLeerink as Managing Director, Mergers and Acquisitions.
He spent 13-years at Deutsche Bank, most recently serving as a Managing Director of the Americas Mergers & Acquisitions team.
Jon specializes in structuring extremely complex transactions involving tax matters, cross border situations and other forms of intricate consideration.
Throughout his career, he has advised clients on numerous deals across industry sectors including Media & Entertaiment and Technology, with more than $50 billion in healthcare transactions to his credit.
James Barge is the Chief Financial Officer of Lions Gate Entertainment Corp., where he has oversight of all financial operations, information technology, and planning and setting strategy as a member of the Company’s Executive Committee.
From 2010 to 2012, he served as the EVP, Chief Financial Officer of Viacom Inc., having served as its EVP, Controller, Tax and Treasury since January 2008. He was the SVP, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Time Warner Inc. from 2002 to 2007.
Prior to joining Time Warner in 1995, James was a Partner at Ernst & Young where he served clients across a wide variety of industries, including The Coca-Cola Company and Warner Bros.
He is an Emeritus member of the Alumni Board for the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.
Mark is a founding member of GrayMeta.
Mark has contributed to solutions that are in use at most television and production facilities worldwide. This includes the development of the SAMMA migration process, which won him a technical Emmy.
He has served on the board of directors of several companies, including EGT, Telco Television Corporation and Giant Studios.
Now, he continues his work with game-changing contributions to the GrayMeta product portfolio.
